This 500-hour course first takes you through the 100-hour and 200- hour programs before finally taking up the last 200-hour segment, details of which are given above.

Combining intensive practice sessions with unique insights into the nature of our being, this course is ideal for serious, would-be yoga teachers and dedicated aspirants. We have provided for an optional 2 day break for pesonal reflection and practise at the end of every 5 days in the schedule.
