We are pleased to announce we have recognized the Teachers Training and other Programs run by LOTOS YOGA ACADEMY, Greece. Spreading the message of Yoga world-wide, Yoga Alliance International conducted Yoga sessions for the Mckinsey Directors' Conference held recently at the ITC Maurya Sheraton in New Delhi, India. Swami Vidyanand conducted Yoga Sessions at the World Congress on Psychology and Spirituality, 2008 at New Delhi. 
 With more than 50 years of connecting leaders around the world, the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) held an international event at Ananda in the Himalayas ( the world's best spa), where interested members learnt Yoga from Swami Vidyanand. Yoga Alliance International is privileged to have participated in the event.

Activities Teacher's Training programs form an important part of our activities. 
Recently, Lama Nawang Gyalmo - a Tibetan monk now working in Europe - completed a Master's Level Certification program at Yoga Alliance International. If you run a Yoga Centre and are looking for qualified, certified teachers, register with us. We will be happy to assist you in your search to find the right teachers. And remember, Registration - whether you are an instructor or an institution - is absolutely FREE! If you are planning to set up a Yoga Centre, and are wondering how to go about it, contact us. Our Advisory Board has a wealth of experience in the field, and we will be very pleased to help you in all ways, including development of a web-site. We maintain a world-wide Yoga Teachers' Registry to recognize and promote teachers with training that meets our standards. Teachers certified by us are authorized to use the initials "CYT®" (Certified Yoga Teacher) after their name. We issue logos for enrolled teachers to use in their resumes, advertising and business endeavors.
We also maintain a Registry of Yoga Schools that certify yoga teacher training programs of at least 200 or 500 hours. Registered schools are authorized to receive certificates of registration as well as registry marks.
